im bored (cold outside so cant play ball, so only Aion will do but its down) and hungry (cant eat anymore, i already eaten enough calories until the next meal since im on a diet plan) ..

and i want to fulfill both or atleast 1

my wife is smart too, she hid all the sugary , high calories , YUMMY!! food and placed a padlock. yea She's so CRUEL to me
all i saw in the fridge were carrots and sweet potato.

sigh.. sad..
sleeping tho is always an option..

i do play basketball even before my diet.
i lost 13lbs now for 7½ days w/ just the half cup rice diet and eating around 1800 calories per day.
and a relax exercise.

the fast decrease only happens on the first month tho, the exceeding month are the ones which are more challenging and have longer results.

i was 208 lbs, and now im nearly on 190 (194 something). i reached 208 after i got married 5 years ago. i gained a staggering around 60 lbs more or less. so i wasnt eating healthily.

its partly my wife's fault ( yea its always their fault ) bcoz she cooks delicious food and buys alot of greasy food like burgers, fries (fast food) and eats more than me but she still stays slim at 95lbs. i d k why but its unfair. i know she has fast metabolism so she is lucky.

 

aaaaaaaaaaww long time no see i was taking a little break from aion - my muscles began decomposing xD
