Well, I mean I would personally love glacial shard to hit without fail.... but that is how the game was intended to be.

Still since I seem to be on the money with my deduction then this thread has nowhere to go, we have no intentions to balk under complaints for effectively fixing bugged skills. Just because you personally happen to benefit from a bug does not by any means justify the continued existence of it.

Balancing PvP as much as possible can hardly be seen as anything but good, the thread lock was justified and so is this one.

No one is hating you or your class, you've simply gotten used to broken game mechanics. Adapt, that's the mark of a true gamer.
