I have a problem with my items

So the problem is this:

I have an asmodian character....and i was think to move to elyos..so i put my items in my account warehouse not in private warehouse...account warehouse and i erase my char...i made a new one at the elyos....i grow up a little and i want to get my old items back the items who was deposited in my account warehouse...but their gone....and i want to know why..what is happening? I don't understand how their dissapaired...what can i do? All i want is my items back..thats all so please tell me what can i do...i have a set of APP Leather..APP Longbow and many items..can this problem be resolved? Please don't forget me and help me if you can! Thank You!

I have tested with another character...i have a char at asmo again i erase him...i put my items in my account warehouse i made a char at elyos and when i want to get my items back the items was in my account warehouse...now what's happening? it is the same thing...i erase all and make a new char...and the items was there...what can i do? i don't understand how...please give me an answer

 

lol deleting a char delete's account warehouse items too once all chars in faction are deleted.

take note, Account warehouse is only shared within the same faction.

You don't understand....i sad i have made a probe with another character and it works..i have found the items in my account warehouse....all of them....but this happens with other account...and the account with my ranger i have do the same thing and i don't found the items....something is not good...and i want to know why..and what is happening

 

try it again. i doubt that.. must be visual bug... when you log out, the items in the AW will be lost.

notice how tips tells you that Elyos and Asmodian does not share Account warehouse. i'd make a screen shot about that when i can if you don't believe me.

this was an exploit way back in 2.5 and was eventually fixed.

 

He did PM me about this and i informed him that once he deletes all his characters then his Account Warehouse will be deleted too.

But he think because it works on another account (i doubt it) then his should work.
