Connection issue

I wasn't sure where to post this problem, so please excuse if this is the wrong forum. I attempted to update my client, without success. So I uninstalled both the NCLauncher and the GamezAion Launcher. I reinstalled both, then when I tried to sign in to the game, I recieved an error message saying, "cannot connect to the authorization server." Thinking that there must have been a problem with the download, I uninstalled both, and reinstalled them again. After approximately 24 hours of downloading and installing, I just tried to sign in again. The same message appears. I am at a loss. Can someone help me please? Thank you.

 

Hi it appears you aion is not the correct version as the forum notification says that all the servers are Version 2.7 update your client see if it works, if it does not work then i cant help you

 

it is for sure 2.7 since he downloaded through the ncsoft launcher and hasnt downgraded

id check the ncsoft region settings to make sure its set to North America (if not u gotta switch it then right click repair aion)

btw ud have epic ping on crystal aion the server is in ur town lol

another issue some people had was windows blocking the connection

try right click the gamez launcher and run it as administrator, might help

i also like turning off the user account control if ur on vista/win7 (control panel -> users -> last option), aion has lots of errors related to that, its the first thing i turn off anyway when i get on a pc xD its the bs that tries to limit ur access and asks u if ur really really sure anytime u try do anything
