    That's one reason it's annoying. If you expect the game to work correctly when concerning mage damage and glad stumble rate and so on, then we expect things like the shields to work. It's a base where people buy armor, get missions and so on. Not a place for a lv 55 to gank a level 25 just entering in the abyss and laughing at it.

    i actually like this, it moved me when a lowbie shouting "help, asmos in terminon". you know, defending home is fun. and at least, no more speedy 24/7 mau form rangers in ground pvp area (lesser).

    if you can't beat them you have a lot of option to leave since nothing is abyss anyway.

    also fighting in abyss just makes it more easier to loose zergs, too many escape routes and we all have same speed 16 :D no more 24/7 mau. so true.
