GM/AM pls....help can't finish my Quest?

    Good day GM/AM,

    guys can you help me i like to go inggison to get some pvp but i can't teleport, then i check my bound for inggison quest i missed 1, i need to talk the NPC in inggison but how can i talk if i can't teleport there. pls..... help me, i already ask help 1 of the AM online in game but she/he didn't answer me i dont what is purpose for entering the game.

    Why don't you just get a friend to give you some Ingg Scrolls and then buy more one you are there, or use the Gold Teleporter at the front of Sanctum to get there?
