    is obelisk camping against rules? if no, tell me why i am waiting more then 30 minutes for npc to re-spawn and why there are elies camping at obelisk?

    yes, it is against the rules
    if u have a proof of someone obelisk camping post , punishment will be jail for a bit i assume

    theoretically they get jailed, practically most never do. there r way too many people there to begin with and they dont really consider jail time a punishment
