Server Transfer Problem!!!

2 days have passed and wtf....still in Siel.

 

did u leave ur legion and stay off be4 trying to transfer? how long did u stay off for?

might wanna pm some of the higher AMs to help u

 

Left my legion, stayed off for 12h (give or take), PM Alente (no rep. yet), waited, waited, waited, waited, and now I'm just looking for other people who have higher power to help me.

 

heh try anybody else besides alente, u have better chances with them

ur not the only1 who had issues transferring, there r more, they will get used to the process soon, making it easier to help

I was also thinking of making a thread that shows list of people that is getting this issue idk if it will help the process of helping everyone out but I probably wont because Im not really that active here, If you can that would be great..

Guys chill down, the more you spam the less you'll be attended trust me you need to be nice and PM him just 1 time.

 

We'll take a look, sometimes characters get stuck if there's too much associated data.

AMs do not have access to the transfer system.

Your issue is you willingly gave items/information to a fake AM. As we have advised you numerous times we do not compensate for users willingly handing their gear/account login information.
