    You must not login in the stucked char after sending the unstuck request till the server restarts, otherwise the unstuck request will be canceled. :O lets say u logged in ur stucked char 1hour before the server restart = ur char will still be stuck, so u gotta send another unstuck request and never login in the stucked char till server restart.
