Asmo's dominant?

Hello fellow gamers.
As I finally reached my last bit of patience I am writing this.
I know the asmo's were a little bit dominant on Lumiel before I took a break.
Now that I've come back and wanted to grind a little on my assassin I got epicly raped by a complete legion of Asmo's.
Now that I also figured the Flight transporter in Heiron got killed and I got killed while questing in Heiron, also by an entire legion I am getting a little bit worried.
As the fact is that a lot of Elyos already have quited because of this incident.
But now my question, admins ( as I refer to you this way ) what is your statement on this?
Losing more people due this easy to fix problem? Rashanta has been taken. That means a lot of quests are being taken awey from us. Heiron is completely out of order for us, less quests. Are we supposed to level by grinding only now? Watching our steps for an assassin that pops out of nowhere with hide and back stab you? Please at least give us our right back to level in a proper way. This battle is supposed to be led by capped warriors with decent gear and stats.
Not by level 37 as my Spiritmaster who I were trying to level today, just to get killed by 5 asmodae who were camping in Heiron. Maybe you find this stupid and complaining. This is the truth. So please take a look at this and give us our right back to play without being restricted in certain area's that restrict us to certain levels. Also that we can play and have FUN I had to cap that because I completely lost my intention to actually keep playing.
Elyos is outnumbered and out mapped.

Admins and other Community people, please take a look at this, you're losing members because of this.

Sorry your lowbie got killed. Some people don't know how to PvP and thus; they need to kill lowbies to feel superiority.

 

That's one thing indeed. But that restricts us '' lowbies '' to certain areas now allowing us to level. Since before I took my break I went from 1 to 55 in less then 12 hours. Now after 3 days I am yet level 37. With at least 4 hours play time a day.

 

And as for the actual thread, Yea it sucks bro, try to Wsp higher lvls to see if someone can assist you.

 

Thanks god, finaly someone with a decent amount of human sense. And yeah, I kinda tries yes but as the problem turns out it's not the leveling I am trying to talk about here. It's about the unfair balance between Asmodae and Elyos on Lumiel. Rasantha is gone, that blocks a lot of quests. Heiron is completely out of order since it's crawling with Asmodae there also the flight transporter there is gone.
And as far I have seen, the admins are only setting up group battle events instead of looking at the problem here that is possibly gonna make them lose a lot of members or either create a bigger problem. Such as the complete out-numbering of Elyos, something I've considered myself to just change account and get an Asmodian. But as people do that there will be even more problems.
So , what are they gonna do?

As far as this thread goes. Sadly, the fact is that AION is a PvP game at heart. For the lowbies, it is more out of personal thoughts on 'lowbie' killing and such for individuals. Most players leave pink / orange names alone out of respect for them. Others do not.

The flight transporter in Heiron (assuming lumiel) yes, Though I have tried to even kill it. I can't even target the blasted thing to reset her. You aren't exactly restricted. Even in Retail you have those who 'lowbie' kill. It is just a facet of the game. Is it right? Really, who is to determine that. If we start going around and condemning people for pvping (level reguardless) what point would there be to playing in general.

Sadly, I do not agree with killing low level players who are trying to level up. Yet it is not against any form of rule and is expected as part of AION as a whole. It would be up to the community and players to decide to not do such things as they are kinda silly and gain what 100 ap at best?

But, as far as we are able to from the perspective of an AM. There really isn't much that can be done about people killing lower level players as that happens in Retail as well. Regardless of how we feel personally on the issue, it is simply as I said before part of the game being designed the way it is. You have options of course, to ask for assistance in LFG, to Location out where they are. Or change maps to level do other quests.

Ryota ~ I understand that you're frustrated about the situation. All that I can suggest is that you find a good legion to level with. You may also avoid PvP zones until you're 55 (level in Eltnen/Theo rather than Heiron).

Rifting is part of the mechanics of the game. It can't just be eliminated. If the Asmodians were camping your obelisk, thus preventing you from accomplishing anything in Heiron - I'd suggest that you record it when it happens next time. That is against the rules.

 

get someone to mentor you and you are level 55 in no time.

My chanter was level 55 in 30 minutes last night.

 

That one stands indeed. But this is just getting a lil too much of the thing don't you think? I mean, Rasantha is gone for the Elyo's Heiron is also taken. I am stuck on level 35\40 with my Spiritmaster now. Even with my 43 assassin this is getting a lil more difficult. The only thing I can actually play now is my Gladiator and have some battleground pvp fun. And the lowbie pvp killing is just utterly pathetic.

 

I think they should put like a shield around teleporters and things like that... or put them to respawn alone every 15mins or whatever...

its really annoying people camping teleports or spwan... yesterday i was killed like 5 times, i was trying to go to terminon and like 10 asmos were on top of the spawn... how funny is that... when u dont have the right to defend urself... and then they call u nobb cuz u got zerged 10vs1 and u didnt see them come..

I know its a PVP server... but cuz of that we need to protect some area to be save... like kisk and obelisk, teleports, gates, things like that.

 

You're an elyos?
If you have a friend who is 55 (or Noonie) who can help you.
Have them mentor you, and go to Theomobomos, fly to the observatory, have them kill the lvl 45 mobs till your lvl 45 (5-10 mins?)
Then talk to the observatory captain (I forget his name) and do the Joshnack quest (the only one that gives 11 mil exp)
You should be lvl 55 by then without having to go to heiron.

Just an alternative to leveling, I really do wish we could set up a lowbie vs 55geared player restrictions.
I personally don't hit lowbies, and frown upon people who are doing it and will tell them to pvp with players their level. =/

I agree on some parts but as shown A lot of people don't have the darned pride to just leave the '' lowbies '' alone to let them level and challenge them to a fair fight later on when they're equally leveled, instead the spawn rape them and have rape fests on every single living soul they see and take it. As now I am stuck on 38 just because I can't go anywhere. I've tried to get a mentor or Legion now, no succes for now.

 

I find the OP not only uninformed about statistics regarding server population (the reality is that the elyos faction is about 4-5 times larger than the asmodian faction in terms of population, as it is on almost every aion server, retail and private alike), but the general foundation of game play in Aion. Technically you are supposed to be introduced to PvP zones in your level 20's with the abyss quests, which should be acclimating you to the idea that the game is built completely around it. If you are uncomfortable entering PvP zones at lower levels, you may choose to avoid them and grind longer in areas that have limited or no pvp in them.
