Question about defence .

So , defence matters when you fight with casters ? Or only when you`re receiving melee damage .

 

defence no since its just for physical but -pvp dmg helps

 

Defense does matter that much because your defense is low anyway that you'll be hit pretty much the same if all your gear was +15.

 

Defense is useless IMO. the difference between a chain gladi and a plate gladi is miniscule. And you will recieve the same damage in anu and naked (without the other added effects though). Thats just how aion was created. very wierd imo

 

i am a gladiator , and i wanna know if my defence matters when i am fighting casters . I suppose cutetanks gave me the correct answer tho , obviously pvp % defence helps ^^

 

i wonder if they even read your Q >_>.....but as of now im testing different builds each day..and i wish mr worked properly.

 

Oh that's what you meant.. Defense does nothing to hinder spells afaik.

It does. get full 55 chain and you will see. The RnG is broken, so its off by 5%, but its still good. The only problem is that it doesn't resist everything it should. Oh, and ofcoure, sorcs can use a spell that they shouldn't be able to use along with all their other skills to completely bypass mresist >.<
