If she really wants to get pregnant so badly she could always go to one of those donor clinics or whatever or ask someone else. You really just have to tell her straight up that you just aren't ready for that kind of relationship yet and tell her some of the reasons you listed, I.E. not being financially stable, etc. She's your friend so hopefully she'll listen to what you have to say. Don't try to avoid the issue or you risk just alienating her and causing more issues. Better to face it head on like Ned Stark did.
