Elys in Primum? So this is strictly just a pvp server?

Why would you make it possible for elys to come to Primum? You do understand that it makes it impossible for anyone not a high level and in pvp armor to go there right? Not to mention that it is impossible to talk to an npc that is moving!
It may come as a shock to those of you that play just to pvp, but there are still some of us that actually like to do the campaigns. If this is going to be nothing more than a pvp server, you really should advertise it that way.
I left * to come here and play and things were great, but if the recent changes are anything to go by I wish that I had not wasted my time. I even brought several friends from that server to this one, and needless to say, we are all disappointed.

 

Imo they remove the shield so ppl can pvp there like before and lessen zerg in inggi and gelk.. Besides theres alot of map and other quest that u can lvl ur char to 55..

The part about being able to max level without going to the abyss is completely accurate. I made an alt last week and made it from 1-55 without going to the abyss or balaurea. If you want to quest that's great, but yes this is a high-rate pvp server. All end-game content for Aion is focused on PvP, so I don't really see a need to advertise the focus implemented by NCSoft.

 

Abyss pvp will be there with or without those shields.
Imo shields should be there and pvp should be all around abyss or in abyss forts,not at landing zone and spawn points.

 

No sir, just on Terminon / Primum ganking people trying to start quests, exchanging silver medals and buying designs.

 

So are you saying it's okay to just...spawn right in the middle of Primum/Terminon and have 2-3 campers bomb the nuts out of you?

Not all people who go to Abyss are looking for quests to level up, you know.

 

/agree. If people can camp landing /spawn zones, I think that kisk camping should be allowed as it's pretty much the same thing.

 

You could always just make an assassin and shadow walk around in the abyss.

That statement was never given to us by any gamez official member.

It's more of a thing derived from campers' justification of their doing, the whole "gamez is for PvP, so we can camp or do whatever we want" business.

 

That's why there's a little button on ur keyboard that says, "Prnt Scrn"
Learn to use it.

 

None of the AMs cares about normal camping, to be honest.

They're so fixated on the damage caused by kisk camping, while leaving normal camping entirely out of the blue. In some cases where camping becomes unbearable (such as now,) they'll dust it off with an excuse such as "Abyss is PvP ground so you shouldn't be here until you can get decent gears."


I mean, should that even be allowed to be an excuse?

 

No, It's free roam, Retail isn't even like that.

 

Yeah, like purposefully waiting for enemies to spawn on their own ground so you can kill them while they don't suspect anything because it is indeed their land is free roam.
