but i know the 10% gs feels like not 10% at all... anyway, it's by chance and in the hands of the dual wielding class it's as deadly as every other venom.

 

For duel wielding, your offhand's proc rate should be halved. Unless the rate is 1%, then it stays the same :x

So with two 10%'s, you'd manage 15%. That's actually fairly high if you think about it~ Which is another reason NCSoft never implemented 10% GS's.

So in all honesty, at that attack speed rate, it could be partially valid.

as you can see godstone is bugged when it comes to PVP, have a closer look at the second vid

 

Godstones are revolting.

At least MR is actually working and can resist them procing....

 

Well dual wielding helps a whole lot with procs but seeing as to how paralyze procs way.. more often then what it should be then I also believe godstone procs are bugged :3
