    Godsh you people dont pay attention to the patches that are added to the game do you? Its not a big secret, just read the retail patch notes it even tells u what to do and where to go

    what so special..just read the patch n most of people played retails,knew about this..especially for korean that play every new patch 2-3month earlier than na/europe retail server player.

    Its the biggest myth, but i ll tell you:


    you need to kill all the generals, great generals and the governor/comander and soloing the legendary bosses of the game dressed with an original porgus suit... and then fill the form 2419-5... send it back to ncsoft so they send you the activation key to get them.... (in this case Carl)

    and you ll get your wings in your name... or so the myth foretold.
