    Hey I bought a Archon Tribunus Ruby Ring for 500 credits and yesterday on friday the 13th my character got deleted right when I bought the ring

    P.S. Contact Carl about it. You should be able to take a screenshot of your history by logging in your account. Just send him a PM with the picture of the history and he should give it back to you, don't know about the character though.
