Account problem!!!

T'day i came from italy,(i am from romania; name Remus Adrian ; 24 age: accounts: ely REMUS87ONE ; asmos: vali_aion) i whent there to work since 2011-07-01, and now whanted to play aion on lumiel server here on gamezaion. but surprise "error 22(ip)" , i loged in site and saw ban account, and i was asking my self for what.

Need to mention that my retarded cousen whas playing on my 2 accounts, he mouved all of my gears and items and potions from REMUS87ONE SERVER LUMIEL CHAR RAMYZ ,on my asmos char Valiaion (gladi char),whit the help of a friond of his that had asmos and ely on the same account , and he said to me that he was baned becouse of that.

And i said to me that that is not possible, that he had to do something bad.

So i am asking u guys what did he did and how can i repair it. I am apologising for everithing. i notice that even my forum account (vali_aion)was baned.so this must be bad , if he treated u bad i am sorry very sorry, do not know how to make it up to u guys, u are the best , and i know its hard to belive me but its the pure true. And now i gust whant to play on ure server i saw that it has 2.7 version so it must be cool.

How i wish that i did never let my cousen to play with my work here on lumiel server.

P.S. couldnt appeal ban from sistem it dose not work , so i apologise again for posting here did not know elsewere.

Plz forgive my misstake for leting my retarded cousen playing and maybe treating u bad , do not know the real reason for ban he didnt whant to tell f...ing retarded.inched: uuu i am so pised off on him.

 

Good Luck on that.. Since their policy is You are responsible for your account and the actions taken on it... But the bright side for you is... 2.7 only brought a lot of bugs, broken/damaged pvp, damage Instances + Instance CDs...

So in other words, not worth it right now and you aren't missing too much ...

It dosen't matter the bugs they will be fixed... i just whant to play couse its the best pvp server, and gms are the best and they are onest and kind. and thats why i whant to play here not eneywere else.

having both faction on one account is not banable

 

i did not gave it, i had all my acounts passwords memo on my laptop and he came at my mom ascking for borowing my laptop , and i told my mom to gave him my laptop, he need it for a project prezentation at his university. and he mesed up with all my gameing acounts, i mean he played on them , and above all he mesed my aion account X( , and i did not whant to happend that way :-s.

As state prior, you are responsible for your account. The same will be true for most Gaming accounts.

Storing your info in a place that is publicly accessible (such as your stated notepad file) is really not that smart of an Idea. How can you be sure that it was your cousin in this case if the accounts were stored in such a place?

Seems you were banned in our systems for multi-voting, and had already made a prior appeal in July (The 20th to be exact on the date). In your appeal in July, you were blatantly rude, and even insulted other members of our staff, and even received an infraction for it.

I also took the appropriate measures to make sure that it was infact you that made the appeal, and after comparing IP addresses from the posts made then, and the posts now, I can confirm that to be correct in saying that it was infact, you.

I can directly quote your prior appeals if needed, though its so vulgar I would prefer to do it in private.
