launcher works but....

when i hit the play button the aion boot screen come up and then it frezzes.... what do i do from here ???

could u be more specific bout "freezes"? is it on that black screen with the ncsoft logo? (the game takes a while to load, just dont click)

 

you know when the little aion box that popps up when you hit the play button ... that one

 

doesnt make it to the ncsoft screen the little aion box when you hit play

 

the blue one in the middle of ur screen? do u get any errors? or r u just waiting for stuff to happen? just wondering how u know it froze and isnt just loading

try kill any aion.exe processes from ur task manager then try again, if that doesnt work come back here

 

i played for like 5 hours today and then it crashed and i cant get back on aion ever sence.... yes the little blue one it just stays on that screen and when i click the little blue screen it crashes .... says wait for program or close program or look online for solitons.... anyways i lefted it on the blue little screen for 10-20 min

 

if u could play be4 that makes it a whole lot easier

1. did u try restarting ur pc? if not, do it now and try again
2. if that doesnt help, it means some of ur files could have gotten corrupted during the crash and ull have to repair through the ncsoft launcher

 

pass the ncsoft screen then right before the welcome screen it crashes

 

so what did u do to get past the blue screen to the black ncsoft one? and do u get any errors? or does the game just shut down (and does it leave a process called aion.exe in ur task manager or not)

lol WHAT error just write it here xD u have to give as much detail as u can or we will be here for a loooong time

edit: this isnt going anywhere, just repair ur client in the ncsoft launcher, im gonna go sleep

I think my issue is a bit or almost related to this issue.. what happens on mine is whenever I click play on the launcher.. game loads upto the NCSOFT logo and that logo flickers until it crash.. I never get to go to the login screen.. I have to end task gamez aion everytime otherwise.. my screen will just freeze.. and repairing the game didnt do it.
