Glad Jumpshot like a boss

    600 ping is very effective actually e.e I remember back when I had 600 ping, my chain skills literally all had a 3 second delay.

    Not to mention there's lag involved, so you have to jump a little early to anticipate when it's actually going to end.

    I only have one abg set @@

    Anyway, best thing to do is charge at them with beserking and aerial lockdown (if that doesn't work then use a kd skill). Keep attacking as if they're standing still and eventually they'll remove shock. At that point just use another kd skill and finish them.

    Thanks thanks. This will help. I've got to familiarize myself with Gladiator's skills so I know what skills automatically KD an opponent when used. I think being the first one to get the momentum of the fight matters also against Mages, right? That is something I guess I lack since my reflexes are so slow :p I will change my build now and try it out. Thanks again.

    np, but the main thing to remember is glad is a powerful class, you never wanna ease into a fight. Be the first to charge in using your skills instead of waiting for the enemy ;)

    Silence godstone helps a lot vs Mages, obviously. Use the Cleave chain to break their shield, then chain Crushing Blow>Draining Blow>Final Strike>Piercing Rupture, if you want to kill them fast. With Berserking up, that should take out most of the health of a Mage.

    Use a bow, or a weaved attack to take out Illusion from Sorcs, depending on if you're close or not. You should always pull out a bow if you're not in melee range, really. Wintry Armor only takes effect if you are within 5 meters, so if a Sorc has that up, try to attack from the edge of your extendable spear range.

    You should put up UD as soon as possible vs Sorcs, but don't bother putting it up vs SMs, since it will just get removed. If they CC you, and are within melee range, open with Aerial Lockdown or Explosion of Rage as soon as the CC breaks. Use Whirling Strike as a finisher, or to close distance after coming out of a CC, especially if they are in the middle of a cast. Don't use any cast time skill unless you have them knocked down or air locked.

    A good SM should rarely lose to a Glad 1v1, so your best bet vs them is probably MRes, and pray for a silence proc. If you aren't snared or rooted, you can block fear by gliding.
