X. Theft (Ninja-looting)

• If the player reported/caught by staff looted an item/s with no permission to group mate/s and leave/quit in a party/group he/she will be dealt with in the following manner:
  
  
  First offense: 1 week/7days of temporary ban
  Second Offense:: 2 weeks/14 days of temporary ban
  Third Offense: Permanent Account Ban

So to all players, things like this happend. If you want justice?! Press Print screen a botton near scr lck and pause/break in your key board to make screen shot.

What you need to do is take a screen shot?

After killing a boss

record of items being looted by the ninja... (if you did not know any item being looted in your party is log in your chat window) and not giving or distrubuting the items looted- SS this. So if person looted everything and having ever /roll per item is not a theft ( I can just predict some people trying to complain about this, so I am making it clear).

If you already got good amount of items, and with group acknowledgement and they notify you will not be getting items, since you already got so much... ( it is not theft). so those people who will try to pull this will probably erase any evidence of this... Please people in the group just quickly screen shot such conversation, and make sure these was acknowledgement by the person whos getting the stuff already.


Another scenario: Player the group agreed to be main looter, after first boss usually they will get all items and will state he/she will distribute it at the end of the instance. SS such claims and SS when he leaves and not give any items. Do not try to lie We can find out easily if you got/did not get any items.
If its one boss only... SS such claim still if it happend, if not then as he take item ss it... So when he/she takes off then turn in the evidence.


For the people will claimed they dced. will be responsible until given proof you have sent or contact your group member for the distribution of item, with out any proof that you are innocent/ratify the situation then you will be punish according to these rules, if dced contact gm and state this manner, so they can oversee you giving such items to members of group- it will also be good idea for EVERYONE to just SS you memeber names, any change on members take a new SS this will ensure everyone. If you are claiming to gm you simply do not remember you group members name then you will most likely be punish if someone reported you. So if you are innocent Simply ss group member names and any change to protect yourself on this claim- since everyone dc I know I have plenty of times during a loot even.

if the person kick everyone after killing boss then took items then... ( show the group disband and and was not given any items).


Look at punishment clearly/required evidence all you need is picture ofcourse a video is a lot better =)
And provide sufficent evidence, we may be able give back the items, since it still ethical issue, but we can atleast ban this jerk who did this to you and your group =).

Note: this is a draft, I will take any suggestion and questions provided and update it as I go. And if any head gm do not like this because of issue I apologize and I will gladly edit/delete it if needed, it was not my intent to break any rules I just want to clarify the new rule and hopefully avoid any useless reports/flame/trolls etc.

I agree with this one. A lot of in game players do not have forum accounts. Might be a good idea to brainstorm a good in game announcement.

easier to hit the ban hammer or ignore the victim than taking effort... lol.

1 week as 1st ftw, finally some anarchy mode rules. Not crappy ones like 1hour jail or shits.

U should have done it since the beginning, it would spare so much work on reports. But again.... they dont give a **** to ppl that know.
