    I don't know man, beat 41 kills and I'll consider her OP or you really good.

    Can't argue with that, but Deadlychants is level 4 so I made a new account. Don't want him getting stomped by level 30s with runes and more experience.~

    If I was to smurf then yeah I can get 41 kills but against other level 30s like that, its not all that easy. At least on summoners rift. Dominion that's like cake lol

    Well I haven't really played against a good fizz, most of them just farm all game and then come late to the team fights. But i do find him quite OP with that dodge and dash lol

    It's not the tank part that concerns me but that he's a tank with a singed like fling with IMS, and he does amazing damage. Also he doesn't really build health.

    Every Volibear I've fought built like Renekton, bruiserish. He's a problem in pub blind picks, but Hexdrinker and an Ignite/Executioners Calling gimps him.

    That's how I've been doing it, get him down to half hp then ignite+burst, I just think it's a bit OP how they made his kit and how they keep releasing new champs on the stronger side of balance. x.x"
