15$ points not received

Alright, I'm tired of being patient lol.

I donated 15$ on 11/24 in order to get 1500 points to renew VIP.

I did this through Super Rewards because my Paymentwall was blocked because I had a friend donate for me for a month and it rejected his card and I dont have his information to unlock it and im not gonna ask him for it.

Anyway, Super Rewards never gave me my points. So I tried to contact Carl and Alente via PM. Never got a response from them, so upon reviewing the forums for other people with similar issues, I pm'd Ashtar because another person was advised to. Ashtar assured me he would foreward it to Alente or Carl because they're obviously busy people, which is fine. Waited a couple more days, still nothing. So, I pm'd Senior AM Puddles in-game and asked for advice. He/She directed me to Pm "Bryne" on the forums and assured me "For a Fact" that Bryne would get back to me on the issue... Still nothing. All of this happened over the course of almost 2 weeks now.. Still no points...

Just wondering how long I'm going to have to wait to renew my VIP or whether I'll get a response at all.

Now, Super rewards is being mega retarded for me as It doesn't even give me an option to donate anymore, and clicking the "Help" button on their little window client gives me a blank pop-up, So I can't ask them for help.

Super rewards also never Emailed me any type of Receipt for the purchase even though they asked me for my email upon the donation.

I do, however, have my bank statement which clearly shows the 2 transactions (one for 5$ and one for 10$) being taken out and being finalized through my bank from "G2s - Superrewar+44203051033". Upon request from a GM I can pm or email a screenshot of the statement with some of the crucial info covered up.

 

yea i usually tell people to contact more people or have some of the higher AMs forward it coz its faster than emailing carl directly but u did all of that already. they really need a more efficient system for this. then again, they dont have much of a reason to improve since they got the money already

 

Yea that's my biggest concern with all of this.. Makes me feel like I'm not even gonna get my points, which makes for a real disappointing experiance. Might as well of just spent my money on retail and got the same result, access to play lol.

love that not a single GM or ppl related to this respond. would think it is in their best interest to take care of the ppl that try to support the server.

Carl and perhaps Alente can only manage donations as far as i know. All the HGMs/SAMs can do is forward it to them. Giving you an answer would be unprofessional as they do not know anything about the subject i believe. So don't be surprised if you don't get a reply. The best thing they can do is not to reply at all.
They both from what i hear (Carl and Alente) are busy persons in real life, so they don't reply fast. I suggest you contact Carl by sending him an email at [email protected]. Make sure you include all the proof of the donations you've made.

I don't question whether they may or may not be busy people but I mean... Really?... Nearly 2 weeks?

I'll try emailing Carl directly I suppose, as that's the only option I havn't tried, but still pretty ridiculous Imo.

 

$15 could buy you 3 happy meals at McDonalds, lol you got ripped off.
