server tranfer is low!

i am waiting more than half and hour for my player to be tranfered in lumiel.. can anyone tell me how many minutes or hours it needs to do a tranfer?

 

i just started a transfer to siel so ill see

 

It should take 5-10minutes.

 

damn.. mine failed after 35 minutes -.-'

 

Transfers can stall/fail if you have too many items in your warehouse/inventory.

Credits should be refunded and should be able to try it again.

 

Did you do all of these:

• You cannot transfer a player within a legion
• You cannot transfer to a server with more than 7 players in your account on that server
• Your account must be offline during the transfer
• Your account must have 1500 credits to start the transfer
• Your player abyss points will not be transferred
• Your player friends list will not be transferred
• All broker items will not be transferred
• All player mail will not be transferred
• If another player has the same name, "_UNK" will be added at the end of your name and you will be given a name change ticket

 

really? uh.. i putted almost all my items from the 8 chars i had xD gonna remove some and test it again



@teilak : yea i did them .. i guess the problem was the number of items i wanted to tranfer
