game crashed

i have 5 characters in my account,whenever i login to character A,game crashed.i dont have this problem with character B,C,D,E,please help me to fix this problem,thank you!

 

Your character is most likly stuck. You can submit a player unstuck request by loggin into your account at http://gamezaion.com and then going here: http://gamezaion.com/index.php?page=unstick

Try submitting and unstuck request. You can do this by going to the gamezaion.com website log in to your account then on your main menu you will see "Player Unstuck Request" submit a request and be patient
Try not to log in that character until server restarts to avoid messing up your request.

 

if u added stigmas recently its caused by the stigma bug, an unstuck request wont help u in such a case as it was not designed for it. it only fixes null coordinate based crashes by moving u to poeta/ishalgen

Your character is stuck, which means you need to ask for an unstuck request, because when ever you log in, it's so glitched to where your game cannot comprehend what is going on and well, you know the outcome.

 

i bought some stigma from the website,what should i do to fix this problem

 

try deleting all files that have explorer.exe on your computer.

 

the stigma bug is not something u can do anything about (and its not something the unstuck request will fix). an AM will have to fix this for u manually. just ask 1 of the ones who already posted in this thread

just wtf, its not even related. not only does this issue have nothing to do with his client, but this process has nothing to do with aion either
