    There are NPCs that allow you to change sex/hair style, just buy a ticket on shop , 1.k credits.
    Aren't you talking about this ?

    They are located in sanctum, north, near the legion making hall, acessorie seller, etc ..
    You can just buy the ticket on GamezAion.com , you need 1000 credits to buy it , You go to the npc talk to him and just do ya thing :)
