Click "Support", make a support ticket.
Some tips:
1. Leave your E-mail. (of course)
2. Leave your most active character's name, so the staff members will be able to contact you ingame, too.
3. Try to get the donation log and somehow put it in the ticket.

its been more than 2 hours and not yet

 

still more than 8 hours nothing happen

 

im in the same boat as you misheal, 5 hours and i still have no credits, emailed every email i can find and even used the suport thing, still nothing and no responses.

 

it seems to be a common issue. email [email protected]. He probably messed up the automatic system x.x

 

been there done that, emailed 3 different email, no responses.
