What can i do to prevent this?

 

This could be a problem with your connection.

 

its also a server issue for some people. they get random d/c for no real reason (and have issues getting back). might be caused by the packet drop thats a server side issue since 2.7. if packets from ur end dont reach the server, it might think the connection interrupted

 

It's not conection problems, i have good net(ping/fps) but this is hapening more and more often.

 

And now i just can't login, when i put my password the game disconnects PLEASE FIX IT!

then it might as well be caused server side so nothing u can do bout it. btw neither ping nor fps says anything bout ur net stability

ping = delay
fps = framerate (performance, purely local)
packet loss = what causes interruptions (and things to stop moving)

u can check ur net with a server near u but yea wont tell u much bout ur connection to the gamez server

thats what i meant earlier, many people get this recently. just wait for 5 mins or so, it will kick ur char out for lack of user input, then ull be able to login

they said they r working on it since few days after the 2.7 update they havent said anything since then so i wouldnt get ur hopes up. its not an easy thing to fix to begin with

 

Ok sir/ma'am, I have very few suggestions for you that may help you ^_^
1:Close out everything else other then aion (helped me when I had the D/c problem)
2:Get a better connection for your internet
3:Lower Graphics if you get the D/c Message in game

i'm havin a bit of a problem..i was in game , crafting and suddenly evrything froze so i had to ctr+alt+del to close the progam...after that when i tryied to log in after i input my user and pass and select my char ..the game takes me to the crafting room but i get the message " you are disconected from the server" and can t relogin cuz i get the same message. Any ideas what i can do?

i'm having the same problem.

it d/c'd me the other day, and i was able to log back in right away. today, on the other hand..i got that message, waited a few minutes and tried again. same message as soon as i selected my main, received the message again, chose a different char/server, etc. non stop.

 

and now the server is down. lol could this explain it?
