Bought wrong item from in game Credits Store

Hey. Today i went to buy the Laestrygos' Mirage Polearm from the in game Credits store, as i thought i could merge it with my ABG spear to make it extendable. I know that when combining weapons, the primary weapon has to be the higher level. When i bought this spear, however, it does not say what level it is, i think this is due to the item pak allowing you to put items in account warehouses etc. So now it will not allow me to put my ABG spear into this extendable spear, and if i put the extendable spear into my ABG, it won't be extendable - this would be pointless because i previously had a Miragents Spear in my ABG, which is better stats-wise. So, please can a GM undo this purchase and refund me my 1500 Credits, and also undo the un-combining of my ABG spear with my Miragents Spear, as i did this before i found out i couldn't use the Laestrygos' Mirage Polearm?

P.S: Before anyone suggests it, i do not want to get the EGT spear and fuse it with the extendable because my ABG spear cost me money as well as the 10% silence godstone inside it.

 

U can't combine a lower level weapon with a higher one bro, sorry to hear that u didn't know that yet.
U need to combine Athana ( Laestrygos' Mirage Polearm ) with a EGT spear.

 

U cant combine a legendary weapon (abg=orange) under a epic weapon (gold like athanas egt eat all those) legendary weaps can only be fused under another legendary weap ;( but u can fuse every weapon under legendary ) well i hope for you that i can refound ur credits even thought i dont think so.

 

Thanks, as i said i knew that u couldn't put a lvl 55 into a 50 for example, but the Laestrygos polearm doesn't show it's lvl and i've never seen it before on retail or anything, as for the orange/gold i didn't even think about that, though i knew it from retail

 

It is a level 53 weapon, so if you'd like to use a secondary weapon for fuse, I recommend Elite archon tribunus(L50 elite abyss weapon)

Not trying to be a d*ck here, but seriously didn't u read my first post? i thought i could combine it with my ABG spear which would obviously make it OP, but then found out i couldn't because i found out that it's lvl 53...

 

on other servers they might reconsider but not here. there's been a lot of similar cases such as this, unfortunately you won't be refunded. yes, everyone commit mistakes but you can't blame the server either if you're not getting a refund.

 

Well obviously they haven't replied to me yet, but if they don't refund me then yes i can and will blame the server, unless they genuinely cannot do it. At the end of the day i've made a mistake and am just asking for a refund of credits and my previous combined spear to be restored so that i can spend the credits on something more useful to me. For them to say no would be really unfair i think, it's a one off situation and i could understand if i had done a similar thing in the past, in which case it could be looked upon as kind of cheating - trying out stuff then getting refunds and trying other stuff. On retail server i accidentally disenchanted items and had them restored, so i don't see why my problem here wouldn't physically be possible to undo. I'm not gonna be too happy if 15 days worth of voting is just gonna be thrown away like that (due to my mistake obviously) and they can't refund them to me

You can blame the server all you wish.

Though it is common knowledge that you cannot fuse weapons of lower level with higher ones the way you wanted to. The Spear you were purchasing is the same as Athana's fate. If you had any questions about the item before you purchased it I am surprised you did not ask.

However, we will not be refunding your purchase as as you said, it is obviously your mistake.
