Donation problems.

I donated $15 USD for 1500 credits yesterday around 4:00 pm EST. I casually waited for an hour or two, simply because your site says, "You will receive your credits almost instantly." after donating. Yeah, that didn't happen. It is now 11:13 am EST, and I have still not received my credits. I have emailed the link given for support along with my transaction code, and my credit card has already been billed. I would very much appreciate if I could get a response at the least. Or could you change it to, "You will eventually get your credits after donating." I have read other posts that people have had problems with thus. Some of which you have said, "I have poked the big guy to check his email." While your at it next time, why don't you have him check more than 1 email? From your unhappy *donor*, Swingset.

 

Same happened to me

Yeah the same thing happened to me, I even looked again the morning after, still no credits. I think the GMs should give us our credits. But, I guess the reason is because the database crashed and they had no idea who to send the credits to...Man, I lost some good money...I would like to see my credits, or my money again.

 

check paypal, sometimes it defaults to an echeck, and if it does, then it will take 3-5days to get ur credits

 

It didn't default to an echeck. This is a little absurd, in my opinion.

I'm not sure what we should do. But what they should probably do out of their best interest is to look into the problem. It wouldn't be that good for them if they fucked people over. If any admin is reading this, I strongly suggest you take some initiative and look into this problem. Yes, multiple people are having it so that means you're going to actually have to take some time and fix it. It's going to actually take some time, I know. Very hard.

 

I think it is a problem going around right now. I donated last night around 11pm or so I believe. Not entirely sure on the time. And I have donated before so normally the credits are instant. But I still have yet to recieve mine and I sent them my information as well =). Guess just something is going on.

send admin@gamezaion.com your info. They broke their auto donation system, and are having issues with paypal right now, so just be patient. From the vast amount of threads like this, you should have been able to pick up on that

 

If you're going to try to be a smartass, at least embody the the first half of that word. "Clearly" you missed it, because twice in this thread has it been stated that I have sent them an email. Calm your e-peen, kiddo.

Now on topic. Only one person can deal with your issues. And that is Carl. And Carl is not active. So wait. most likely it will take a day since he only checks once or twice a day. if you sent him a email, you will get it EVENTUALLY. that is what I meant. I never said you would get it INSTANTLY

 

SQL server ran out of space yesterday and corrupted the table. Just ask for a refund through paypal and I will refund the money. It should be working properly now if you wanted to try again.

Just request a refund in paypal. The sql error was fixed.
