l2 woc thread thing

19% (weapon) 8% (gloves) 9% (scroll) 8% (wings) 2% (title)
Is 46% speed. 48/49% with candy but let's face it, you won't be alive for an hour in Zerggison/Zergmaros.
So no, you are not at cap with L1 wings since cap is 50%.
with L2 you get some acc, cap speed w/o title/candy. This way you can get a run speed title-pvp attack-or one that doesn't focus on speed.

Idk about others, but i've played long enough to notice little things like 4% speed or 2% pvp attack.

 

I agree, well for the most part its the ping that matters. Even if you have Cap aspd but you have a high ping it will still be useless.

 

I think it is unfair for clerics who dont have any casting speed increase. Maces dont give any casting speed,and the new mace gives only 8% while abg chain gloves dont give any casting speed as well. Sorcerers and SMs have 20% casting speed on tome and 8% on gloves. Glads/rangers/sins/templars/chanters have the woc..How about clerics? Is woc an official retail item? Does it exist in retail? Also does it give 16%attk speed and the other stats too? Thats an OP item..Even woc 1 is op.

 

You can use cloth... Only gloves.

 

only reason why i got those wings. i was gonna get athanas spear+abg part but i guess ill trade my wocl1 for one of those things

I see,and do you know if the woc2 stacks the lvl1 stats with the lvl2 conditioning stats? 8+16% Attack speed? Or you need to choose which effect you want?

 

I'm pretty sure they don't stack, it's l2 when you condition it to l2, and it eventually runs out and lowers to l1 until you re-condition it.

 

Hmm so you give up the HP and the other stats for the parry/block/accuracy/attk16% i see. Also if NCC item conditioning is like that then they give less pvp% than ABG after all..

Woc1 on my temp makes totally huge difference,im sure 16% will be the bomb,too much >.>

 

It does. If it didnt when u condition it, it would still be grey like when u fuse a weapon with 19% atk speed on the botton of a weapon with 19% atk speed on it already. The two dont stack so one greys out.
