Donations issuee!!! Help help!

AS OF DECEMBER 25, 2011 10:00 PM PHILIPPINE TIME I HAVE BOUGHT CREDITS THROUGH DONATION USING MAY PAYPAL ACCOUNT AFTER HAVING SUCCESSFULLY MADE THE TRANSACTION 1000CREDITS WORTH $10 THE CREDITS DOESN'T ADD TO MY EXISTING CREDITS, SO I MADE THE TRANSACTION AGAIN AND IT WAS SUCCESSFUL BUT AFTER CHECKING IT DOES NOT ADD AGAIN TO MY CREDITS. I MADE 2X $10 DOLLAR TRANSACTION USING MY PAYPAL AND IT WAS DEDUCTED TO MY CREDIT CARD.

ACTUALLY THIS IS MY SECOND TIME TO MAKE THE TRANSACTION USING MY PAYPAL FOR THIS DATE. MY FIRST ONE IS $25 WORTH OF CREDITS AND IT WAS SUCCESSFUL AND THE CREDITS ADDS TO MY PLAYERS ACCOUNT. SO I WAS THEN BELIEVED THAT OBVIOUSLY MY NEXT ATTEMPT WILL HAVE NO PROBLEM BUT IT DOES. CAN U HELP ME SIR. I HAVE A RECEIPT OF MY PURCHASE & MY PAYPAL TRANSACTION SHOW THAT I MADE TO 2X $10 PURCHASE.

I HOPE YOU CAN HELP ME. THIS IS MY PLAYERS MONEY AND THEY WONT PAY ME IF THEY WILL NOT RECEIVE THERE CREDITS.

let me help you out , its a holiday dude...ppl not working they taking a break for today give it a day or so. I donated also but i know from experience that when holidays are around they take a little longer "on" the holiday
