Wing of the Circle condition level 2. atks speed ??

I have condition level 2. wings and i am asassin. Have 1 dagger main ahned ,and 1 sword offhand, and use flurry 1 (20% atk speed) and thsi si 0.8 speed. and i use wings + and 0.8 is max atk speed. Why??? Without wings use only flurry stigma i have 0.8 !! And i use with fluryr and wing again 0.8!! WHY??? wINGS NOT WORKING???

 

atk speed cap is 0.8 u cant pass it
i would suggest u to remove flurry from your stigma if your on lumiel or remove it from your bar on siel because u dont need it anymore

 

0.9% ATACK SPEED WHIT X2 SWORD IS THE MAXIMUM, 0.7% ATACK SPEED X1 SWORD IS THE MAXIMUM, X2 DAGGER IDont Know BUT U NOT NEED ATACK SPEED SCROOL AND FURRY 20% ATACK SPEED ^^
YES, THAT WORK JUST U HAVE THE MAXIMUM OF ATACK SPEED

 

And new wings?? condition 2?? +8 and+16% and + flurry? and 0.8 sped only??? Server maxiimum?

Bro 0.8 is not CAP. But think bro... 16% of 0.8 or what ever is not much O.O it doesn't even like get u to 0.7 thats why the wings are kinda expencieve for 4k, i have played assasin and without the wings i got 0.7 attack speed.
So u bought Wings of 4k to get lower attack speed but bad luck bro, the wings didn't bring ur attack speed down At all

the actual cap for anything melee related is 50%.

for daggers it would be 0.6 for swords 0.7

for greatsword 1.2 and pole 1.4.

so hard to understand?

 

for dagger that 0.8 and for sword its 0.9 ...


@merlona not 100% fail .. now u dont need to waste time buffing flury or use atk speed scrolls and u can have 0.8 forever not only for 30 secs

 

i have woc lvl 1 and i hit cap with scroll and candy so no need for lvl 2 woc
btw im assassin too

The attack speed cap for every weapon is supposed to be HALF of the base speed. Two daggers should be .6, two swords should be .7, dagger/sword should be .65.

Do the developers know about this? If so, is this intentional?

 

yes they know but its capped at 0.8 being the lowest so........ we gon leave it at that lol.
