My FW adventures.

In the rare chance that any of you wonder what I've been doing since I left gamez... I thought I would make a video to show you. I've been playing a lot of forsaken world, the eyrda server and I've become pretty good at it. Soooo I made a video of some guildies and myself running the lv 75 instance. on topic though I always wanted to try FW is it that fun?:3

 

i played perfect world for over a year fw is a nerfed version of perfect world
but in my experiences with pw the pvp was extremely bad and the pve was fun but got really dull during level 70-80 since you only level up quickly in group dungeons and sometimes they fail and are long as hell and if they fail its back to recruiting a party and repeating it so you might be stuck on a level for days.
pvp = everything is casted even meele classes cast skills = slow paced pvp no kiting what so ever you have to stand to skill and if your enemy runs you have to chase and get in front of them because your character can't attack while moving.
most classes one hit with the right gear and gear is everything level 70 with good gear > a level 95.

Ugh I hated Perfect World

 

The E - Drama was so ridiculous in that game its a game i would never go back too.

 

Glad I didn't stay past whatever level I got to then all I know is I never left the starting area.

 

I never played PW. Forsaken world isn't bad for me though. Honestly I've gotten to the point where I can compete with medium CSers without spending a single dime myself. Finding parties CAN be hard, but when I make em myself they never fail. It's really just a matter of getting the right people.

The pve is outstanding and I love it. The pvp is... interesting. Classes are more "rock paper scissors" than they are in gamez. So even a bad assassin with shitty gear stands a chance of beating me. On the other hand, if the assassin doesn't pay me any mind I can easily wipe him and 6 other people with minimal effort. If you guys want I can post videos of pvp

As far as breeze's comment regarding kiting it does exist in FW. You just have to be good enough to do it. It's not as simple as kiting in aion.

well here is the true story about games like these pvp wise skill is about 15 percent of what it takes too kill someone.
i remeber harshland perfect world my facion leader was the top assassin on the server 5gs worth of gear and extra stuff they release nirvana another assassin pretty much a guy who started playing a week ago and p - leveled using Cash shop crap(800 bucks) goes and buys 6gs worth of CS credits and pretty much buys mats, Fc weapons ,and pays off a bunch of gms blah blah blah ( as the rumor goes) and in about 2 days gets the full nirvana set which takes about 4 months to get and for the next 4 weeks hes running around killing zergs by himself even our pro facion leader was not able to beat him and the guy could auto attack kill most of us.

so moral of the story is in games like these your pockets matter more then your skills i hope fw changes that but its kind of hard with a stop and stand cast game no tactic expect for keysmashing and gearing up to one hit.

 

I don't really like the music for it either.

If you want to make a video of something like that try to move around a bit more and zoom in so the viewers have something entertaining to watch. Watching you beating on a boss in place while zoomed out is just eh...

The music is just kindof unpleasant to listen to and it doesn't mix with the video at all, since you're standing still the video doesn't match the pace of the music, even artificially (with you having sped the video up, which also makes it rather boring because we're just seeing a bunch of blurry seizures instead of stuff happening)

I'll give you some pvp, I can't move around much during bosses since most of them require me to stand in certain places to avoid damage... frontal aoes, linear aoes, debuffs and more. If moving around is what you like then I'll show you pvp O:

It doesn't have to be pvp, just try to have some sort of entertaining aspect to the video, ie: sometimes its nice to see all the things the boss does, which you cant see from that zoom
