Aion troubles with a User

    I'm posting this for a player that isn't able to make a thread, maybe someone can help him out <3



    I'm kinda new with Aion, I did play it a long time ago and I want to come back, but I just got 1 big problem.
    I installed it as NA ( North America ), extraxted the "Patch" AKA Gamez Launcher in the correct map. Now when I launch the Launcher I always use "Run as Administrator", so I do that and it starts good, it launches the game perfectly, BUT I can't Login? the screen freezes and i dont know what to do, also the login screen is the same as the original also the announcements are from the official Aion. I'm having problems with it for 3 days now and I can't find any solution. I tryed reinstalling it, and it didnt work, tried to repair it meny times and that also didnt work. Also i have searched like 12 pages of the "Problem" section in this forum and didnt see anything bout it.

    I got W7 on my PC.
