Irish. erm, guess i'll explain a bit... They're making fun of everything you have to buy extra when you get a cheap flight. A european air line is well known for this, Ryan air.
They'll tell you the flight is 50€, then add the airport taxe, baggage taxe, Pay for your drink etc...

It doesn't sound very Irish, the accents on the phonic sounds of A/AE is not very strong... It sounds like a group from somewhere in South East and North Britain.

 

I AM irish, I bloody know an irish accent when i hear one xD And the fat one in the middle is quite well known irish singer and the other two opera singers.
