having problem with launcher hope someone can help me with it

    well when i clicked on the launcher it just crashes before i can even press start game.
    on the bottom right of the launcher it says server status:contacting instead of "online"
    sometimes it says online and it works but most of the time it wont work for my computer.
    anyone know how to fix this?

    still not working...it says gamez aion launcher has stopped working or something after i click the launcher.

    Ahh it worked for 1 day and not working again..spent 2 days trying to fix this..anyone can help me?I re downloaded the launcher,net framework 4,directx11,repaired the ncsoft launcher atleast 30 times...

    just forget the gamez launcher then and use a bat launcher, its just a little script with no additional requirements
    GamezAion.bat

    just paste this into ur aion folder and run it
