[GM] My Kinah is GONE TOO

I had Just Made my First 70M and i pulled a few of it out of the warehouse and when i came back the other 60M i had left in there WAS GONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I do not CHEAT, i do not hack...and the items i sold the L50-L70 E-Stones i sold to get that money, i aquired by extracting from ELDER ITEMS in the CORE....SO SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME WHY MY MONEY IS GONE

I have donated to have my account, and a close friends account BOTH Premium and was planning on Donating more because i really like the Game server you guys have here...and i would like to see it prosper, but when i log in and see that my HARD earned KINAH is gone....well that leaves me a little more than livid....

PLEASE RESPOND I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW I CAN GET THIS BACK....ANY GM PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:unsure::unsure::unsure::unsure::unsure::unsure::sad:inched:

Do you have any proof that you had it. like screens and that kind.

 

NO I wish I had Taken a Picture of my First 70m though....But they should have a log of what each character has had in there inventory...other wise how would they Catch the Item Dupers?

Wel i like to get all money i ever given away for events then i probaly was triljoenair bij now.

But on topic now you probaly don't get that little money back. Best to do is just quest those give you the lost money back in no time.

It could be it didn't store the data on server. But there isn't anyway to check this a normaal gm or even head gm(i think) you need to have access to server logs for that.

 

60m...dude i feel you I'm pretty poor and that's a lot haha.

without proof though you're pretty much screwed.

 

The thing is I would like to know how did it happen, so that we can be aware of this bug/glitch and avoid it.
It's a bit scary to know that ur kinah can vanish by putting it in the warehouse :unsure:

 

I was trying to retrace my STEPS...and i know my Game Crashed once....but i can't find a time when i had just put the money in and it CRASHED.....so IDK... I really hope that someone can fix this BUG im scared of the WAREHOUSE now.....
