Alchemy question!

I just got back at playing,and i wanted to level my alchemy fast. this is what happens to my alchemy when i opened it..how do i level it? i cant take a work order nor learn new skill..


i need help please.

 

thats coz as it says, u already have 3 lvl 1 work orders active. morph substances isnt alchemy btw, ur alchemy is 9/99. finish or cancel ur current work orders, then u can do more

(click the yellow "quests" on the left and do what they say)

edit: woops just noticed those r regular designs, not work orders. u sure ur talking to the right npc?

worst case u can always lvl it without work orders through regular crafting

EDIT: i cant craft this regular designs because the mats are unavailable. i bought these designs because i cannot take a work order..

I just abandoned my pending work order so i could take another! wow, imma noob again LOL )
