cannot access through the game server??

they dont have any concern for us..bcoz were only players here..lol..this concern is not a MAJOR CONCERN..so,bahala na daw tyo s mga buhay ntn..LOL..maybe they thingking - - - who the hell are you?? players?? -- LOL

my suggestion is to try visit the website or login ingame on a proxy, that might help u find out where the problem is

either try a manual one or use hotspot shield (make sure u uncheck most things during the setup, it tries to put quite a lot of crap on ur pc)

 

I tried using Proxy and i can go to the gamez site. So its our IP or something?

 

I tried to use proxy yesterday. So far it seems working in connecting to the gamezaion website but the connection is very slow. And im not going to use it often for security reason. I dont know how to solve the ingame connection problem. I hope it will be fix soon.

 

that was my feeling originally. i think the server might be blocking access from certain IP types. can u login ingame on a proxy?

i like hotspot shield coz it always finds a random fast and stable proxy to assign to u, u dont have to look them up manually

 

Yes. Ican login on site using proxy. This really sucks, not playing aion for a week geez.

well most gms here r volunteers and this isnt exactly a common issue. also doubt they have enough access or knowledge to be able to check whats really up. tbh im not sure either

they do what they can but sometimes the issue is above all of us. the only thing they could do is pass it higher so some1 can take a look at it. dunno if they did that yet though

 

i have the same problem... cant connect to the website gamezaion.com and game server... i can connect to all websites facebook, yahoo, twitter, name it.. i just cant connect to gamezaion.com ang game server... can ISP provider block gamezaion.com somehow??

 

it can be the ISP or its the server blocking the connection directly. 1 of those 2 is the most likely

 

I dont think our ISP is blocking gamez, and why only gamez will they block?
I think Gamez is the one who block us.

 

again lol ud need some1 with access to server logs to be able to see if its really blocking u or not. think ISPs can start blocking based on requests from companies like paypal when there r too many scams or too frequent refunds from their users etc

anyway i dont think it affects every1 so probably not the ISP. i mean a ton of players here r from the Philippines and only a few of u get this

 

i think only carl and the devs can solve, and knows whats making the troubles. but so far they haven't shown any sign/interest in lookin it up for us..

NO RESPONSE FROM THEM , i guess they don't care since there are only a handful of us with this prob.

This is sucks... forums made for solving problems, etc but i think this forum is useless.. so disappointed that were waiting for nothing, no update since jan 21. it took us 9 days waiting for gm's response... this is freaking sucks!
