    In my opinion just afk for a nice long time and just make sure to come back and move around your char for a bit then go afk again thats pretty much all you can do for now.

    Another 4? Sounds like the people that were camping heiron obs, and well, those people got my attention.

    As for warnings as to why? No, we don't really give warnings and if we do it's a courtesy to you. We are not inclined to do so at any given moment to do such.
