    At school TOOKS around 20 seconds .

    at home tooks like 10 seconds ,

    Now everybody here ( Dumaguete ) are in panic Due to Lost of water in the sea .


    Duuuh sorry for my bad english im / we are in panic now seriously :(

    USGS said there is no tsunami warning. O_O

    EDIT:
    Oh Get to higher grounds now or stay away from coastal areas as precautionary. A tsunami warning has been issued by Phivolcs. Lasts 2 hours and if nothing happens then it is safe to return.
    My friends in Cebu said coastal waters are behaving weirdly.

    yes the sea near Silliman was like "HUBAS" wahahaha (LOW english).

    Mayor Sagarbarria did tell the public to move to Valencia as a precaution.

    I wouldn't know how it feels to be under a Tsunami warning but all I can tell you is get to higher ground for at least a day or 2 or more because a tsunami can occur during any given time after an after-shock ..even if it means camping out...
