And, for both of you... sounds waves travel with more efficiency underwater, hence by limitations you cant probably survive a full fledged cry under water, but that does not invalidate its feasibility of the physical act of crying.. sheeding a tear, which is only a liberation of liquid, producing a sound if there is air in the lungs to circulate in your vocal cords encapsulate it your mouth and realising it to the outside in the forms of waves.

The question does not involve the survavility of the subject underwater... so its discarded and regarded as useless.

Now if you get all gay with the feelings and emotions of the act of crying then i cant care less...
