    little problem
    guys i will create master carved darkwater tome
    my question is
    . . wer can i find the Design: Expert Noble Darkwater tome?
    is it dropped or i just can buy it on NpCs

    There is no design for it. When you craft the Expert Darkwater Tome, the Expert Noble Darkwater Tome is the Greater Output meaning there is a small chance for the Expert Noble to proc when you are crafting the Expert Darkwater Tome.

    it just says "alchemy skill merchant", have u tried the dude in alchemy room that sells the work order materials? they sell designs too. also check the abyss seller that has balic recipes in case he has them. they havent mentioned any names besides "alchemy skill merchant"

    i think he meant the expert regular design to begin with, the databases dont mention a seller

    ah so it was the balic design npc in the abyss :p

    anyways yea i think u were right, he was looking specifically for a noble design, gotta get the regular one

    as far as i know VIP only get more crafting exp, they dont get higher proc rates (and yea the rate is kinda low)
