Need Help (never get an answer)

I have the following problem, I try to download Aion from Ncsof laucher but when the download reaches99% is resetand startfrom 0% , I check the folder ofaion and weighs the same as if it is installed,but the folderis empty

 

Try turning off your antivirus and firewall, I had the same issue a while back the only solution I found was to download it on another computer then transfer the files.

 

I have said it may be that my hard disk is badly damaged, will they?

 

Well yes that would be an issue as well you need to make sure you have sufficient space in your harddrive for the content you are downloading if you do have enough space then do as I said turn off your firewall or antivirus and give it a try if you still cant get it your best bet would be to just do it from another pc then transfer the files over via usb or a portable harddrive

 

Mine does that, but it's when it finishes downloading and starts updating.

 

but when it restarts are downloading the game again

 

i have same problem and I try turning off antivurus and firewall and have same problem pls help

 

1. check ur free disk space, if u dont have enough it wont be able to finish (at least 20gb, tbh id go for more since the installation uses a lot as temporary files too)
2. turn off user account control (control panels -> users -> UAC) and restart ur pc

also try right click the ncsoft launcher and run it as administrator

 

i have 140 gb free disk space
Explain to me the account control off,not very well understood

 

this is only for windows vista and 7, XP doesnt have it btw

click ur start menu, theres a control panels button on the right side, in there (u might have to switch to classic view) theres Users, in there u can turn off user account control (last option), then restart ur pc

its the annoying bs that keeps asking if ur really really sure whenever u try to do anything (also limits ur access in major ways)

 

will try to download it as you told me tomorrow Inotice if I work
