Cannot choose server to play on

Basically, everytime I type my username and password and hit enter. Everything on my screen disappears, EXCEPT the backround, and the window to choose a server never shows up.
Is there a way to fix this?

What if you've already downgraded? & this still keeps happening....

 

I would suggest, a client repair and re-downgrade possibly. Though not sure what is going on at the moment. Seems some users are experiencing issues and others aren't.

You can also try a character unstuck request though I doubt that is the issue at hand.

 

then try closing ur antivirus if it still wont work , repair and downgrade again :3

 

Well i've tried repairing & downgrading with 3 different types about 8 or more times and i still get the problem. I tried the experimental one, it took me to the character selection screen..cools, where my bf had made a random using my account on his client...this char was created an elyos in the east server....but i would like to switch to the west server and change to asmodian....so i click select server...the list shows...yay....so i click west....it freezes and then says i have been disconnected from the server....i log back in...and it doesnt even go to char selection...it goes back to the same blank background w/o a server list then disconnects....i then repair and try an older downgrade....takes me to char selection...okies cool....then tried to switch....it fails....i dont know what to do anymore lol....all i wanna do is play with my bf on the cool game!! QQ

What if you create another account and try to connect on the server you want to play?

I have the same problem :SS idk what to do -.- i reinstalled windows and now i have the same problem :S
