I can not choose the server / Não consigo escolher o servidor

Hello everybody, I'm having a little problem from yesterday to today I downloaded thegame aion and then put the patch to play on the server, I log normally accept the terms and in choosing the server and select click on select server, only my game"freezes" the background animation of the game is fine but I caught this server screenand not leave it someone could help me? be very grateful

Olá pessoal, estou tendo um pequeno problema de ontem para hoje baixei o game aion e depois coloquei o patch para poder jogar no server, consigo logar normalmente, aceito os termos e na hora de escolher o servidor seleciono e clico em select server, só que meu jogo "congela", a animação de fundo do jogo fica normal porém fico travado nesta tela do servidor e não sai disto alguem poderia me ajudar? ficarei muito grato
