Disconnected when trying to select servers.

I don't know how to fix this problem.

 

It's doing it again, I tried reinstalling and down-grading. Now its blank...

 

Is there no answer?

What do you mean it happens to you always?

 

What version do you have downloaded? We are currently on version 2.7.0.1. If you have 2.7.0.2 you need to downgrade. Here is a guide for that http://forum.gameznetwork.com/f64/[guide]downgrade-2-7-0-2-2-7-0-1-a-114633/

 

That guy already said that he re-installed and/or downgraded his client, so this might not be the problem.

 

I'll try giving more elaborate information so you can all fully understand my problem...I don't think asking "Can you help" will make it easier anyway. Well ok.
First of all: This issue is for my Girlfriend's Client

My client is running fine, smooth and I already have a high level now after starting...

MY NCSoft Launcher Properties' Info-


I am able to play with 2.7.0.2 even though it is encouraged to download...I have somehow been able to play Gamez Aion like this and successfully on my own computer.

HER NCSoft Launcher Properties' Info-


This is her info and SHE can't play...strangely...so I thought, okay try to fully patch like I did. Maybe it would coincidentally work...but it didn't, apparently. She was able to enter the character select screen (finally). But only through the last server she "played" on (I made her a test character on Lumiel). But she wanted to go to Siel, where I was...so she switched servers and bam. It started happening again.


I hope someone has a solution or many options that we can try. We're still trying.

 

Try turning off your UAC (google it) and restart your computer. If necessary try turning off her firewall and antivirus there is an issue with some firewalls and antivirus blocking some ports.

 

She says this has been tried sir. I'm having her re-install, hope that works.

 

Sorry for this DP. I'm hoping someone with loads of extra time and advice on connecting will see this and give me some time to explain it better in instant-chat so I can fix it, she really wants to play and I don't know why my solution won't work.
