Concentration

Can anyone give info to me about the attributes of concentration in chain set? is this can give advantage to templar?>?

 

concentration prevents the breaking of casting time when u get hit, mostly helps sorc since some of their skills take up to 4 seconds during which they could break

 

ill put it this way: it has 0 benefit to instant skills, it gives little benefit to skills with short casting time (1 sec or less), the longer the casting time, the more useful it is

like...if ur casting a 4 second nuke for 3 seconds and then u get hit and it breaks, u gotta spend another 4 seconds to attempt to cast it

sorcs need it, so do clerics, but not melee classes no...

 

lol well if u think about it, concentration prevents progress bar interruption on a skill, instant skills dont have a progress bar, there is nothing to interrupt, they just happen

 

soo it means chain greatly help in templar? coz of shieldburst skill,the BP skill, i forgot the one skill that also have casting time. soo what's the advantage & disadvantge of chain in melee/range type/ magic type?

 

chain has good MR vs mages but lower pdef than plate. a lot of people get a plate set for dmg and mcd chain with full MR to get the highest MR possible vs stuns/mages, then make a macro so they can switch a full set in 1 button click

i forgot i used plate w/ full MR and crit in 1h sword and GS sword.

 

is there something wrong when you're asking? it's overpowered when you had good ping and strategy^^

 

I'd go for the Stormwing set for your templar, put some Crit stones on it, then follow up with either MR or HP stones, mostly MR.

I think he wasn't targeting chain, but plate set..
