Login Problem

Just to be clear, I've tried both methods of downgrading as instructed by this link but to no avail.
All I get when I type in my credentials is "ID or Password does not match (2)".
Any help I can get is much appreciated.

 

could it be that you simply entered false ID or pass?

 

No, I've made certain that my username and password match with my website credentials by logging out and back in again.

 

I still haven't got a fix for my situation.
Someone please help.

 

are u using gamezaion luncher or ncsoft luncher?

 

create a new account and then try to login.

if it works , might be your account has the problem

 

Make sure you are running the game from the gamez aion launcher not the NCSoft launcher if you still cant log in try this method.
Download this file GamezAion.bat then place it on your aion directory and try launching the game with the bat executable you downloaded.

 

Hi everyone, I found out the reason for why I couldn't log in.
My password on GamezAion uses an illegal character that NC Soft doesn't allow. (In my case, it was the "!" symbol)
I changed it to a "1" and hey presto, I can log in.
If this hasn't been picked up by staff members I hope they read this.
