Game dont want to open problem with picture !!

Hi , when I tryed to open it alwyas say that

Lets start with the obvious:
Repair your Client --> Open your launcher and click to repair, it's rather easy, you don't need a tutorial for that
Download Lastest DirectX + NET Framework --> Just search on google.
Anyways, better wait for the "Walking FAQ"

 

dont need .net framework for this btw, its only used when the gamez launcher itself freezes, not for the aion client

as for the error, corrupt files can cause this, such as incompatible items.pak or 1 of the downgrades. the experimental stage downgrade could fix this

 

Repair your client and re-install the gamez launcher, if this doesnt work check if your anti-virus is blocking gamez, if it is allow it to run. If none of these work.... Um....

its not the antivirus, technically u could run aion all the way to login screen without even being online, it wouldnt crash with an error

if it was carls infected launcher again, it would get quarantined and disappear the moment u try run it

so I do Repair after it Finsh it start to download again from (0)
is there any way to Delete it and instal form 0 but with out downlaod th 12gb patches that I have

Note: my Folder that aion in its 18 gb with all with patches and that not Right !!
I delete it wrongly but I still hack the like this

this all Folder in aion Folder
I need to reinstall it again ( not downlaod it!!)

the .ncpatch files can be deleted btw, u dont need them, just take up extra space

cuz when I delete N patch the aion folder will be 6gb only!!

is there any way to fix that?

 

to be honest if its 6gb only then something was already screwed up and u had a ton of missing files

the client should be 18gb WITHOUT the ncpatch files

 

SO brb for 2-4 day when I redownlaod T~T that harmful I never switchoff the computer BYe when I back I just the the spacifc way to Open it ok dude?

I would suggest you just start from 0 and download the game all over make sure you stop your download at 2.7.0.0 to 2.7.0.2 patch.

 

so how I can do that !! it automatically go 2.7.0.2!!

 

it usually installs the base and then automatically starts applying the patches on top of it, u have to be around while its doing it coz if u go afk ull find urself with 2.7.0.2 anyway


if its already 2.7.0.2, u can still downgrade safely as now ull have the actual client and not just some 6gb of leftover files (check that ur client is around 18gb without the ncpatch files). if it is, follow the downgrade guide and ull be able to play

definitely. just coz otherwise every time u run the ncsoft launcher for any reason, it would update back to the incompatible version (also at any point in the future when retail updates)
